The Women Active for Christ is a service organization of the church whose purpose is to aid women seeking to fulfill the Great Commission through our God-designed roles in our homes, churches, communities and the world. This ministry is open to women of all ages, from our “teenagers at heart” that have more wisdom and experience, to our teenagers on down. All the women in our church are a vital part of this ministry!

Our watchword is “Laborers together with God” (1 Corinthians 3:9).

Locally, we give monthly to missionary accounts, support scholarships for deserving students, promote offerings for North American and world missions, Welch College, Hope Center and other FWB Family Ministries, in addition to providing items and services in our local church.

Our mission is to offer each woman opportunities to serve the Lord through her God-given gifts and fulfill the Great Commission in her sphere of influence.

It is the desire of the members of CRWAC to meet the needs of each woman in our church.  Our aim is to reach the World for Christ using the resources with which He blesses us.

In 2013 the National Women Active for Christ organization composed of some 5,000 women serving in local groups such as ours at Cane Ridge FWB Church, gave $497,225 to missions related causes including over $32,000 in goods and cash for the provision closet which provides personal and household items for missionary families in North America and around the world.
